Is your student ready to begin tutoring sessions?

• School-Year Registration Form w/ Registration Fee (website)
• Parent Input Form (website)
• Tutoring Agreement (website)
• First Month's Invoice Paid (emailed by management)
• Credit Card Information Saved (accessed when paying 1st invoice)

Students will be placed on our tutoring schedule once ALL items are received.  We can't wait for you to join us!!
